IS MANE ONE HAIR NATURAL OR ORGANIC?
The simple answer is No. Here is why, all hair that is used/sold for the creation of hair extensions is chemically treated. This is done to remove germs and other things, like lice and bacteria. Unfortunately, this means there are NO types of hair extensions that are organic. What we do here at Mane One Hair is hair “slow down” by utilizing a slower chemical lifting process this allows the hair cuticle to remain more intact and overall offer increased longevity of the product.
WHAT IS MANE ONE HAIR RETURN POLICY?
Returns: We do not accept returns. All Sales are Final. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@maneonehair.com
Returned to sender: When an order is returned or undeliverable for any reasons that are attributable to customer error, the customer is responsible for full shipping and/or reshipping charges.
HOW DO I MAINTENANCE MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?
Proper maintenance is key to help preserve the longevity of your Mane One Hair Extensions. We recommend that when you receive your hair product to first wash and condition the hair using products that are sulfate-free. Our extensions should not be handled rigorously and should always be shampooed in a downward motion to alleviate increased tangling or shedding.
