What is your business shipping & return policy?

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that the order is shipped out.

  • WE SHIP PRIORITY UPS SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES & INTERNATIONALLY

  •  Orders will be processed within 3-7 business day. Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep or in your mailbox within 2-3 business days after the customer receives their tracking number via email

  • Mane One Hair is not responsible for packages delayed in transit. This includes the holiday season.

What is your companies exchange policy?

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  •  Mane One Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen or mishandled packages (damaged/opened) during the delivery process.

  •  Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase.
